Shipping & Delivery

Below you’ll find all the details about how we pack, ship and deliver your Kundalini pieces with care.

We currently ship across India (and selected international locations) with trusted courier partners.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Most shipments within India arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking support

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping regions & timelines

Estimated timelines are guidelines only and may vary due to courier capacity, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.

Within India

We ship to most major cities and towns across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Metro cities: approx. 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Non-metro & remote locations: approx. 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • In rare cases, weather or logistics disruptions may extend timelines.

International shipping

If enabled, international orders are shipped via trusted global carriers to selected countries.

  • Delivery timelines typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch.
  • Customs clearance in the destination country may add extra time.
  • Not all products or offers may be available for international shipping.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares it for dispatch. During collection launches, sales or festivals, processing time may be slightly longer than usual.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and a link where you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Unexpected delays

Delays due to natural events, strikes, lockdowns, customs checks or courier disruptions are unfortunately outside our direct control, but we’ll always support you with updates wherever possible.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to assist before dispatch.

Missed or failed deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts or if the parcel is refused, it may be returned to us by the shipping partner.

In such cases, reshipment or refund (where applicable) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Custom duties, taxes & fees

For international orders, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order, as these charges are not collected or controlled by Kundalini.
