Return window
Most eligible products can be requested for return or exchange within a limited time frame from the date of delivery.
Condition of items
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact.
Hygiene-first
Due to the nature of certain wellness and intimate products, some categories may not be eligible for return or refund.

When is a return eligible?
In general, we accept return or exchange requests for eligible items when they meet all of the conditions below.
- The item is unused, unwashed and in resellable condition.
- All original tags, seals, inserts and branded packaging are intact.
- The item is not part of a non-returnable product category (see below).
Return timeframe
Our standard return request window is limited. This may vary by collection, promotion or product type.
- Unless otherwise mentioned, requests should be raised within X days from the date of delivery.
- Requests raised after the window has passed may unfortunately not be accepted.
Non-returnable / non-refundable items
For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, certain products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once opened or delivered, except in the case of verified damage or manufacturing defects.
- Intimate or close-contact wellness products, where applicable.
- Items sold as final sale, clearance or marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Digital products, gift cards and downloadable content.
How to request a return or refund
If you believe your order is eligible, please follow the steps below so our team can assist you smoothly.
- Step 1: Email us at support@kundalini.com (or use our contact form) within the eligible window, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Attach clear photos or videos of the product and packaging if there is any damage, defect or incorrect item received.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond with approval, clarification or additional information required.
- Step 4: Once approved, we will share the next steps for pickup, self-shipping (if applicable) or exchange options.
Refund method
Where a refund is approved, it is usually processed to the original method of payment or as store credit, depending on the case and options available.
- Refunds to the original payment method may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees, COD charges and convenience charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your approved refund yet, please follow the steps below before contacting us.
- First check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
- If it has been several business days and the amount has still not reflected, contact us with your order and refund reference.
Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer an exchange for size, colour or product style instead of a refund, subject to stock availability and inspection of the returned item.
Store credit
Where appropriate, we may issue store credit in the form of a coupon or credit balance that can be used against future purchases on our website.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives visibly damaged, defective or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, product and labels. This helps us raise a claim with our courier partners and resolve your case as compassionately and quickly as possible.
